Rachel is our Senior Loan Processor and is a valuable part of The Loan Maven Team. A senior loan processor oversees the documentation and submission process for residential mortgage loans. She makes sure every loan file is put together precisely to get into underwriting for a smooth approval.
Holly is The Loan Maven Team’s Loan Production Partner. She supports our Branch Manager and Loan Officers. Holly assists in talking with borrowers, gathering loan documents, sending eDisclosures, and clearing approval loan borrower conditions.
Audrey is the Loan Maven Team’s Marketing and Branch Assistant. She puts together all of the branch’s marketing materials, maintains our client and Realtor database, oversees our client experience, plans all of our branch networking events, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch.
